Ninja Hypnosis

Have you ever wondered about the secrets of Hypnosis? It’s one of those things that really shouldn’t be a secret. Especially this type of Hypnosis and Mind Control. It’s so powerful, so covert, so amazing you can get most anyone hypnotized within seconds without them ever knowing.

Now I know you say to me how do you know they’re hypnotized if they don’t even know you hypnotized them! You might also be a little bit skeptical because all those medical journals and books on hypnosis claim that you can not make someone do anything that they don’t want to do, or wouldn’t want to do even under hypnosis. And even more of you are skeptical because you’ve seen “stage” hypnosis and can’t quite grasp the reality of it. Well, I’m telling you that Hypnosis is simply state of sleep. You go into hypnosis most nights, it’s sort of like the REM stage of sleep, but your brain is more conscious of its surroundings.

If you learn to control hypnosis for yourself you can actually learn faster, sleep less, and still feel energized. I learned this when I was young, though I didn’t know what it was I would put myself into a state of hypnosis at school during lectures, or readings. Doing so helped me to retain 99% of what I heard or saw. It has also been said that a thirty minutes of hypnosis can be like eight hours of rest… not sure how much of that one I believe, I know it does seem more peaceful and relaxing than normal… but your body does still need to just stop for a while and rebuild.

What you’re describing is called meditation, not hypnosis.

Thank you Dr. know it all. I have studied hypnosis and do know what it is. Often times you can use meditation to obtain a state of hypnosis, but you are comparing apples and oranges with your statement.

Meditation is an act, something that you willfully and knowledgeably do. Hypnosis is a physical state of your body and mind.

I know Wikipedia is flawed just like any encyclopedia but it has some pretty good information on hypnosis… although it barely goes past the uses of hypnosis I’ve read a lot of books on it that go into stating how hypnosis is a state of sleep. Most of the ideas are still “theories” though because not everyone goes into hypnosis every night and some scientists/doctors dismiss the claims of hypnosis saying that it is simply a heightened state of placebo and there is no way to prove otherwise. So to state for a fact that it is a state of sleep isn’t 100% correct, I first and most often experienced hypnosis at night while going to bed (as many people do). So you take it how you want in that respect. I know what hypnosis is, and even though I didn’t give a detailed description of how I used hypnosis when I was younger in school, I still know the difference between meditation and hypnosis.
