Sterling Silver Jewelry
I know it’s been a while since I’ve mentioned my handmade sterling silver jewelry. But it’s been on the bottom of every page of this blog since I started it, and even made it to the top of the search engines for the term sterling silver jewelry. Now it’s at the forefront of my mind again coming up on the Holiday Season it is more important now that I move into the top ten on Google for the term sterling silver jewelry than ever before! Besides the fact that I would love to be able to get into making a new kind of jewelry. With a company called PMC (or Precious Metal Clay) I can make beads, and other silver or gold items such as pendants and the like to incorporate into my sterling silver chainmail jewelry.
I really wish PMC had white gold so that I could make a wedding ring for myself. I was thinking just a white gold band, and then the Celtic knot through the middle of it in yellow gold. Of course I can still do it with Silver and Gold, but silver tends to tarnish a little bit more than gold… so who knows which way I’ll go.
Speaking of white gold I was able to obtain a beautiful 14k white gold ring for Rose last weekend so I could propose to her :-D I did so at Pirate fest right after she got done with her Irish dance with 3 pints gone on Sunday. The ring is quite simple, but still beautiful, both of us are very satisfied with the outcome (even if it was free, just about fits my budget :-P)
